Our MOQ is one piece for both standard sign and custom sign.
Of course, we can supply one piece of sample. You just need to pay the sample cost and postage.
Custom neon signs are made in four key steps:
Step1-Backboard & tube prep: laser‑cut the acrylic or metal backing and heat‑form the LED tubing to match the design pattern.
Step2-Assembly & wiring: mount the tubing onto the backboard, solder power and controller connections, then seal for outdoor or damp use if needed.
Step3-Testing & inspection: power up the sign to verify brightness, color accuracy, and control functions, then clean and perform a final quality check.
Step4-Packaging & shipping: wrap the sign in protective materials, include all accessories, and box it for delivery.
Yes! Each LED neon sign is backed by a 2-year warranty. Please note that indoor neon signs are not suitable for outdoor use or areas where they may come into contact with water. Improper use will void the warranty.
